What types of files can I upload? +

We support a wide variety of file formats: Images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, BMP, TIFF), Documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, Markdown), Spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX, CSV), Presentations (PPT, PPTX), and Data files (JSON, XML, HTML). You can also save webpages directly from our Chrome Extension. AI automatically extracts text from images and documents.

How does SnapBot search work? +

SnapBot uses AI to understand your questions in natural language. Instead of exact keyword matching, it understands what you're looking for and finds relevant information across all your documents — even if you don't remember the exact words used.

Is my data private and secure? +

Absolutely. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by you. We use Google Sign-In for authentication, and our infrastructure runs on enterprise-grade cloud servers with automated backups. Privacy is built into everything we do.

Can I use infoSnap.ai on mobile? +

Yes! We have a native Android app available on the Google Play Store. You can upload photos directly from your camera, access all your documents, and chat with SnapBot on the go. iOS support is coming soon.

How do I save webpages and screenshots from Chrome? +

Install our Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, you can capture screenshots, save entire webpages, or select specific text — all with one click. Everything syncs automatically to your infoSnap.ai account.

Is there a limit on how much I can store? +

Yes, Free plan users have a 100MB storage limit for all uploads. This is enough for hundreds of screenshots, documents, and saved webpages. Pro users (coming soon) will get significantly higher storage limits.

What happens to my data if I delete it? +

When you delete any document, image, screenshot, or webpage from infoSnap.ai, all associated data is permanently removed from our cloud servers (hosted by Microsoft Azure) instantly. There's no recovery period — deleted means deleted. We don't keep any traces or backups of your removed content.
